ANNOUNCEMENTS

CAFETERIA MENU for Friday is Breaded Chicken Sandwich, Green Beans and Carrots, Fresh Vegetable, Mandarin Oranges, Milk.

FOOTBALL EARLY RELEASE, Friday October 23, Members of the football team, managers, ball boys and coaches will be released at 1:15pm for the football playoff game.  Cheerleaders will be released at the normal time and depart at 4pm.  A full list is in teacher mailboxes.

PLEASE START SAVING empty tissue boxes for the TLC class. Please place them in Mrs. French's mail box. TLC will be collecting them until December 1st. Thank you.

SELECTIVE SERVICE: Just a friendly reminder that within 30 days of your 18th birthday, males must register for the Selective Service.  All males between the age of 18 and 25 must be registered.  Not registering is a felony.  A quick way to register is online at www.sss.gov.

PROJECT NOELLE VIRTUAL WALK.  Please join us this Saturday, October 24th for the Project Noelle Virtual Walk. Just walk or run anywhere you want during the hours of 8 am to 8 pm to help raise money to buy Christmas toys for children who have lost a parent due to the opioid crisis.  Come to the office anytime this week to sign up and donate $1 per 30 minutes you commit to walk. This is a Service Hour Opportunity!! Make sure you take a picture of yourself walking for service hours.  This is the Senior Project of ________________.  Service hour sign-up will last through Friday.

SATURDAY SCHOOL: please sign up in the office by noon Friday if you wish to attend this week’s Saturday school.

PLEASE REMEMBER to activate the crosswalk button on Milan Ave every time you cross the street.  Students have been crossing without looking or waiting to make sure cars have stopped.  Community members have called the office to express their concern.

THE NORWALK RECREATION DEPARTMENT is offering a travel 7-9th grade basketball program.  If you are not playing in a school sport, you may register.  Forms can be picked up in the office.
