To: Kindergarten Class of 2020 and their parents

Inre: Kindergarten Graduation on Sunday, May 31st

We have developed the following plan to enable you to have a graduation experience that embodies as much of the Flyer tradition as is possible within the parameters of the current social distancing policies and the guidelines established by Huron County Public Health.

Kindergarten Graduation 

SUNDAY, MAY 31 

1:00 PM- Miss Abel’s Class

1:45 PM- Miss Nardecchia’s Class

2:30 PM- Miss Smith’s Class 

The parking lot between the Church and School and Playground Parking lot

Arrival

  • Prior to coming, please place all school items in one bag labeled with your child’s name in the trunk of your vehicle. Items included may be: technology, charging cords, library books, miscellaneous books from your child’s folder.

  • Graduates and family should come in one (1) vehicle.   (No limos, RVs. motorcycles, or busses)  

  • Enter the parking lot between the Church and the school. Be in the parking lot no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time and 5 minutes after your scheduled time.

Parade of Graduates

  • The first car will be directed to start and then:

  1.  Turn right out of the parking lot onto Baker St.

  2. Take a left at the second playground entrance

  3. Drive past the Teachers and Faculty waiting to wish the Graduates well

  4. Head towards the first playground entrance

  5. Stop at your teacher and Mrs. Reynolds and pop your trunk.

  • We will leave items for your student in the trunk. Items included will be: Diploma, Graduation Cap, Personal belongings left at school, Kindergarten binder.

  • We will take the bag of items you are returning to us.

  • Proceed out the gate, turning right onto Baker St. to leave the school. 

  • Graduates and guests can go to the front of the building for a photo opportunity. Please keep social distancing in mind and wait for your turn. The photo prop will be on the door from Saturday, May 30th until Tuesday, June 2nd. 

Reminder: At no point are people permitted to congregate per guidelines from Huron County Public Health.
